Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (hCG)
Targeted Testosterone & Reproductive Balance
hCG is a highly effective injectable therapy designed to optimize hormone balance and support reproductive vitality. It mirrors your body's natural signaling system to safely restore testosterone production and protect fertility without disrupting your natural pathways. This consistent support allows for precise dosing tailored entirely to your personal health goals.
Natural Testosterone Production: Acts as a direct signal to the testes in men, stimulating them to manufacture more of your own natural testosterone to treat low levels (hypogonadism).
Protects and Boosts Fertility: Maintains active testicular function and sperm production, making it a critical tool for men who want to optimize their hormone levels while preserving reproductive health.
Essential Reproductive Support: Mimics the exact internal messages needed to sustain vital hormone balance, which is crucial for fertility and healthy early-stage pregnancy support.
Synergistic Hormone Balance: Provides a highly targeted approach under a physician's guidance to correct specific reproductive imbalances with precision.
The Look-Alike Messenger: hCG works by perfectly mimicking Luteinizing Hormone (LH)—the master biological signal your brain normally uses to tell your reproductive organs to work.
Direct Stimulation: In men, it binds to specific receptors on the cells in the testes, instructing them to immediately scale up the synthesis and secretion of fresh testosterone.
Continuous Support: Because it steps in to act exactly like your body's natural messengers, it keeps your internal production loops active and healthy instead of shutting them down.
Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT): This is the most common clinical pairing. While exogenous testosterone suppresses the brain's natural signaling hormones (LH/FSH)—causing testicular shrinkage—adding hCG mimics LH. This maintains natural intratesticular testosterone production, preserves testicular volume, and keeps baseline fertility active.
Enclomiphene / Clomiphene : For aggressive fertility restoration (especially after long-term TRT use), hCG is frequently paired with an oral Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator. While hCG mimics LH to stimulate the Leydig cells, a SERM stimulates the pituitary gland to release natural Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSH), which signals the Sertoli cells to actively produce sperm.
rFSH (Recombinant Human FSH): In severe cases of male infertility or complete azoospermia, hCG is directly paired with injectable FSH to completely replicate the body’s natural dual-hormone signaling loop for maximum sperm production.
